This was the Animals’ debut single. It was released in the States three months later by MGM (K13242). The US release credits side A to Bert Russell and Wes Farrell. Maybe Russell and Farrell bought the rights during the time between the two releases.
“Don’t Tear My Clothes” recorded by the State Street Boys in 1935 had pretty much the same melody. Many artists have had their own variants of it since then.
List price: Not listed in the catalog. These have been sold in eBay for 18-41 euros.
