By this time the duo's popularity was fading, but this Sloan-Barri song did still pretty good in the charts. "I Found a Girl" still sounds much like typical Jan & Dean stuff of 1963-64, but the flip is more like a folk-rock ballad.
Both tracks appeared on their 1965 album "Folk 'n Roll".
