come much older than this. RCA introduced the new format the year this single
came out.
Both of
these were released as A sides of Miller’s 78 rpm shellac singles in 1941.
When “Chattanooga
Choo Choo” was released as a shellac, it became the first gold disc ever,
reaching the sales of 1,2 million copies by Feb. 1942.
