This was recorded the
month before the group’s (planned) breakup. Both tracks were first released on
Cream’s final album “Goodbye” (Feb. 5, 1969).
Ringo Starr also
contributed to the lyrics of “Badge”, but wasn’t credited for it. As Clapton
and Harrison were writing the song, Ringo walked in drunk and gave them the
line about the swans that live in the park.
