“Brown Sugar” was mostly penned by Jagger, allegedly inspired by his girlfriend. It became one of the five biggest hit singles the group has recorded.
The UK release had both “Bitch” and “Let It Rock” on the flip side.
“Brown Sugar” was covered in Finnish as “Hei Pepe” by Clifters in 1989.
