Fats Domino is one of the early pioneers of rock and one of the very few that are still here to talk about it. He has had 59 songs in US R&B Top 40, 37 in US Top 40 and 16 in UK Top 40. He also hit #51 in US Country chart with his 1981 single “Whiskey Heaven”

I’m Ready” is a nice rocking up-tempo piece.

The UK release (London 8865) was flipped to have “Margie” as the A side.
