Fats Domino
is one of the early pioneers of rock and one of the very few that are still
here to talk about it. He has had 59 songs in US R&B Top 40, 37 in US Top
40 and 16 in UK Top 40. He also hit #51 in US Country chart with his 1981
single “Whiskey Heaven”
“I’m Ready”
is a nice rocking up-tempo piece.
The UK
release (London 8865) was flipped to have “Margie” as the A side.
