"I was
heavy into rock & roll and had to create something that hit the spot
without question." – Chuck Berry
The title
song has been covered by too many artists to mention. This is definitely one of
the best known rock’n’roll songs ever, and in Rolling Stone Magazine’s “500
Greatest Songs of All Time” this is ranked at #129.
“Rock & Roll Music” session also included songs “Oh Baby Doll”, “How You’ve Changed”, “Thirteen
Question Method” and “How High the Moon”. Side B was recorded in the same
session with “School Day”, “Deep Feeling” and “La Juanda”.
List
price: Very Good+ is $15, Near Mint is $30
